It had a marvellous setting near to the airport and Mexico and beach whole day. Also, it was based in the middle of jackson. Gina was the best host ever.

The apartment was clean and spacious, providing enough room for our family. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay, it was huge and absolutely stunning.

The location of the property was far from the beaches, requiring us to drive for at least 20-30 minutes to reach them. There were several inconveniences during our stay, such as a broken balcony door lock and a taped-up stove that we couldn't use.

overall, it’s ideal base for exploring cancun tourist places. good to have shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. perfect for what we needed, would recomand.

The apartment was well-equipped and modern, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our New Year's holiday. the highlight of our stay was the enormous and private pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were ongoing construction works in the area, which occasionally caused noise and had a less visually appealing view than expected. a taxi was necessary to reach other parts of the city, which could be inconvenient if you wanted to explore or go to the beach.

They were also very helpful and attentive to any concerns or issues that arose during my stay.3. Convenient location: The hotel was located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist areas. This provided a more authentic experience and allowed for a peaceful stay. there were amenities like Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance, making it convenient for any needs or cravings.

Lack of exercise gym: Unfortunately, there was no exercise gym on site. This may be a drawback for guests who are looking to maintain their fitness routine while on vacation.

We stayed at Dreams Lagoon 202 for a week and it was the perfect place to relax. The facilities were top-notch, especially the epic pool. The hosts, Gina and Eric, were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us with transportation and finding food late at night. The apartment itself was in excellent condition, clean, and inviting. We felt safe and comfortable in the area and the complex. Having a rental car is essential as the location is a bit out of the way. a great experience.
